Adjust headlights?

Hi - looking for advice if anyone has adjusted their headlights? Mine seem excessively high - I see the whites of peoples eyes in oncoming traffic - and regularly get the flashing sign from people thinking I have my highs on. I have a stock JLU on stock tires, and I don't believe I have any special headlight package.

Has anyone adjusted their headlights down, and any tips / suggestions / instructions on how to do this?

The light on the drivers side was a little high annd I would get flashed often. I found a video on YouTube that showed it to be an easy process. Worked like a charm. From what I remember the adjustment point locations may differ depending on the JL model and halogen vs LED.
