Changed the plugs, made sure everything was gapped correctly and torqued to 13ft lbs, checked all of the wiring to ensure everything is snug. Cranked it over and started fine, no engine codes are on except for this. Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe I put one of the coil packs on in the wrong spot? Not sure it's even possible as I took a pic beforehand to make sure it all lined up. Thoughts, suggestions are appreciated!

You're lucky. Some people buy after market equipment to prevent the auto/stop start from coming on.

So not something I should be overly concerned about? I'm still going to run it to the dealership tomorrow or the day after.

I hope the engineers that designed this nightmare feature spend eternity in the circle of hell that forces them to drive a JL with a weak aux battery and no way to disable start/stop
Just pick a level, I guess. ?‍♂

That's the "Service auto/start stop system" - light.

Check to make sure the hood switch is functioning properly and is plugged in still - there are two plungers near the latch which get depressed when the hood is closed. One of them is for auto start/stop. If it's not functioning or is unplugged, it will cause that light to come on.

If you were listening to the radio or drained down the aux battery while working on it, I'd throw an automatic battery charger on overnight just to make sure the charge level isn't a problem. Your aux or main battery may be getting weak after a couple years if they haven't been replaced. That could be another cause of the light.

Count your blessings and finish the job. Pull the fuse and disconnect the small battery.

I'm usually at round 21 mpg but did a lot of street driving the last few days, it's almost an obsession watching the avg go up and down haha.

Here's a little update, pulled the fender and swapped the aux battery, surprisingly fast...I had the whole thing done in about an hour. Thank jeebus I ordered the clips a few days back so I was able to get it all buttoned up relatively fast. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the auto start/stop issue...unless I just need to clear the code to see if it comes back. I have the extended warranty so the dealership is always an option.
