2 weeks for us from taking it in to getting it back. They put in the battery request and got the approval and had it on site quickly.
It was their first battery replacement but they were great; no further issues besides possibly needing to bleed the coolant (we're getting the trickling/whooshing sound more than before).

Literally the same experience I had. 2 weeks, needed (and got) coolant bleed because of gurgling fountain/running water noise. All good since then, along with improved range since I went from a 2+ year old battery to a brand new one.

Over at the FB groups people are reporting anywhere from 2-6 weeks. almost everyone has reported the moron that put the battery in did not bleed the coolant lines properly and that whooshing / gurgling sound is very prominent until they went back in to get that fixed. So whenever they said your battery is in and good to go, check that at the dealer parking lot before you drive anywhere

We had discussed bleeding the system at replacement and know that they did it, and it was quiet at the time of pickup and for a few weeks after. Our best guess is trapped bubbles were later dislodged? 🤷‍♀️ We're due for our 60k service now and will have them take care of it then.

HV Battery State of Health. You can find it out via JScan or similar tools

I maintain a chart like this

I have a Tazer JL, never seen that information listed on it's abilities. I can say, over the previous month my battery did seem to deplete quicker. Nothing changed equipment wise nor driving routes.

I'm running 35s and noted a slight decrease in off line acceleration when I got them. Was afraid of 37s. How does yours drive with them?

I dont use Tazer so not sure if it can read various parameters. This data is in Battery pack control module. I think even the free version of Jscan will pull this info, but do need a compatible ODB reader.

I have about 700 miles on the heavy and true 37s, running 26 PSI, do not see much difference in driving whatsoever. Max regen off, paddle to the floor it just takes off like it did with the stock 33 KO2s, may be a few seconds more to cover same distance and get up to 80 mph or so. Less 8th gear, but I expected that. Haven't noticed much loss of acceleration or power even on a 10-12 % grade uphill (paved).

Haven't been offroad yet since the Jeep is still in pieces from a lift kit project

We were at 84% when I checked before 95B so knew it was coming. Didn't get a reading when it finally failed.

I want to mention that the coolant bleed routine that's listed in our service information is simply incorrect, so you can't blame the tech. Service library states to simply fill it up and run the service bleed routine using the scan tool. It completely fails to mention that you need to pressurize the system with 5PSI or so while running that routine and top it off 2-3 times with multiple attempts. If they do it by the book it'll look full and ready to go, but once you start getting miles on it it'll slowly burp down to empty again. The battery pack has a LOT of air in it.

I only know about it because this information is correctly outlined in the hybrid pacifica's service information.

Thanks for this note. You would think Jeep would update this procedure now that it has been about 4 years. Jeez.

b/w is there any way to keep topping it off and naturally bleed the air by an owner? I have never topped off the HV coolant (didn’t need to, one time it was low dealership took care of it) primarily because the cap says 5 PSI and I have no way to do that.

The backlog of information that requires updating/clarification is so long and the staff available to perform that work low with higher priorities.

As an owner you can just keep topping it off as it bleeds itself naturally. No big deal really, just annoying.

Update - battery expected to arrive July 16th. Basically 1 month from drop off date.
Has there been any type of compensation for the 4xe being held for over a month?
I called customer service on the 3rd when I was finally told battery ETA date. Guy in India/Malaysia simply tried to brush me off saying a rental was good enough. Nope. This POS Compass is not good enough. Already missed two trail runs with my club. And I imigine that it will be a week after battery arrival before it's installed and I get my Wrangler back.
