7" vs 9" LED Lights

Not sure why you would want 7" instead of 9"
However heres a look a new 9" with DRL Halos. $200 for pair and my nite vision has improved dramatically.

When I had my Gladiator I swapped the 9" halogens for 7" LEDs with the adapter. They looked good and functioned as they should have.

What are the high and low Lumens on these? Their website just states 8000. I take it that is high. Doesn't specify low. Hoping you might know. They look good.
