5W does better against fuel vs. 0W?

PUP 5W-30 lost only 0.3 centistokes while M1 AFE 0W-30 lost 0.9. I have virgin numbers for both, 10.3 and 10.8. I think 5W is more beefy.

Maybe a centistokes comparison between the 0w or 5w for three or four thousand miles, with only difference being one run has five quarts and the other is six quarts. Can almost predict the outcome.

I run 5-30 in my 2025 3.6 since about 1000 miles. 0-20 is for that extra mile per tank per EPA.

I do a 5k oil change with 0w-20 Restore and Protect and Mobil 1 filter. Over 35k added to the 82k on ODO when I obtained my jeep, with that combo. Runs like a top and no issues. Have 32 to 33 psi in operation, with great MPG. The key is proper maintenance, don't wait for the odo to tick another 7k.

To establish any kind of trend you’d need about a dozen UOA’s of each to start.

The other problem is fuel dilution is an ever changing data point.
