4xe Multiple RRTs

Took my 4xe in to get the lower ball joint castle nuts tightened (cause of the clicking noise when turning at low speeds).

There were a total of 5 RRTs which are all "inspect and reprogram" notices for various modules:

21-122 - Aux Hybrid Control Processor & Hybrid Control Processor (AHCP & HCP)

21-123 - Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM)

21-124 - Integrated Dual Charging Module (IDCM)

21-126 - Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

21-127 - Transmission Control Module (TCM)

I took my Jeep to another dealer previously (3 weeks ago) and these were either ignored, or didn't show up, so I think they may be relatively new. Just a heads up!

Edit: Max Regen button is sticky now, so that's a bonus.

I just called and had them check my VIN, and it popped up for mine as well. The tech said it was 5 days old.

Funny that you said that but didn't mention it for others! lol

It's Rapid Response Transmittal and it's like a heightened Technical Service Bulletin. An RRT is more proactive than a TSB. When you go in for service, if there are any RRT's for your vehicle, they will proactively look at the vehicle or take whatever action is described. I believe they will do this on new vehicles as they get them on the lot as well.

So I had the RRTs taken care of and it looks like I lost the hybrid/powerflow app/feature. Was that taken away by one of the RRTs or do I just need to look harder?

Some people have had it disappear but I don't think it's related to these updates. Not sure why.

Yeah it’s not there. I wonder if they somehow loaded the wrong Uconnect software onto it. I’ll look into it more later.
