Thinking about going with a 4 tire pressure equalizer system. I have seen a few online and one in person. I do like the quick connect value filler. The jeep that I helped fill had those on his system, which he made/built himself.
I have a ARB twin, can that handle all four tires to fill to 35 PSI all at once?
Would use the system for air down and air up.

If you don't need to take breaks and let it cool while you air up 4 tires it will handle doing all 4 tires at once, but of course it will take 4x as long as a single tire. So it's not that much of a time saver. But at least you're guaranteed to have all tires at the same PSI.

Actually, a 4 tire setup will inflate faster than doing one at a time (with a high CFM pump) because the bottleneck in any tire inflation system is the valve stem. A valve stem can only support about 2-2.5CFM and if your pump is rated for more flow than that, you will create a head pressure. My dual pump ARB proved this to me when I was watching inflation pressures on the gauge in my 4 tire setup. When connected to only 1 tire, I was seeing 6-8psi higher pressures on the inflation system versus what was actually in the tire. When hooked up to all 4 tires, the head pressure is only 2-3psi above the actual tire pressure. I thought someone on YouTube showed times of a 4 system versus a single system, but I can't find it anywhere.

This is my experience as well.

The ARB twin compressor can definitely handle all 4 tires at once. I also have the same mount. Only difference between our setups, is I added a .5 meter long stainless braided Teflon air line and an ARB remote mount for the chuck. The purpose is two-fold. Not only does it move the chuck closer to the tailgate for easy access, it also gives the hot compressed air a chance to shed a bit of heat. This results in the fittings or 4-tire manifold from getting pistol hot.

Here's a couple pics that include my Speedflate 4-tire inflate/deflate setup hooked up to my 40's. And courtesy of the ARB twins 100% duty cycle, I've been able to use it several times over this winter to reinflate the slow leaking payloader tire back up to 70psi.
