OMG. I looked at what a 30K mile "service" entails on the mopar.com website. The only thing that should be done is replacing the air filter (if it's dirty), inspect the transfer case fluid, and change the manual transmission fluid (if equipped, and only if used for severe duty). There's not really too much to do.

What was done at the last service?

Probably oil/filter/engine air filter/cabin filter depending on inspection -- potentially transfer case fluid but my '19 didn't need it at that point.

My 30k service on my '19 (2.0) I think was maybe $150 IIRC. $1150 is literally higher than my Porsche Boxster Spyder was (with the 911 engine) and that included:
- oil/filter
- brake flush
- changing engine air filters
- cabin filter
- spark plugs.

They’re obviously trying to do wayyyyy more than is necessary.

Change the oil, rotate tires
Change both diffs fluid
Replace both air filters
Change transfer case fluid
In the rust belt, clean and lube caliper slides

You actually PAID for this… with ACTUAL money… REALLY?? ? Come on… Almost $1k for labor…? No…. No no no… ?‍♂
I had no idea that it was going to be that much. I thought it was a big involved service.
guess I’ll head back there Tuesday morning or file a complaint
