Most, including myself, go with 275/70R18. That being said, they should work, but you may have some clearance issues with the spare and rear bumper. Also, you will need to recalibrate your vehicle (Tazer, JSCAN, ECRI, etc.) for the change in tire size, otherwise your speedometer will be off and your transmission will not shift properly (if automatic).
