2024 adaptive cruise control not working?

Hello I have a question for the community about the acc system. Recently purchased a new 2024 willys with standard gauge cluster. When I engage the acc system it seemingly works properly it slows down when approaching slower vehicles this is how it supposed to work. However the weird thing is that when I try and adjust the follow distance either up or down it does not show the bars changing. Is this normal? The wierd thing is that it seems to be making the change because if I disengage and then engage using the on off button the distance bars have changed. It's just not showing me on the dash as I push the up or down buttons that I made any adjustment. Thought I would see if I should take it in for factory service or is this normal for the basic dash display the one with the odd little gas and temp gauge in the upper right and left corners. Not the nice colorful display.

Sure sounds like a bug to me. Add it to your list of things for the dealership to look at on your next visit.

2024 Willy here but with the upgraded cluster.

It absolutely should have the bars go up and down with the button at least on the 'digital' cluster.

There was a recall on the smaller cluster, so maybe it could get replaced anyway.

Yes I've seen videos of how it works online with the upgraded cluster but haven't seen any reviews or videos showing it in operation with the basic smaller cluster and since it technically is working as far as slowing down and speeding up my jeep i assumed maybe the visual function wasn't fully implemented in the smaller screen cluster showing the bars moving up and down with the buttons, and perhaps that was a visual feature of the nicer upgraded cluster and removed or dumbed down on the basic screen cluster. Can anyone with the regular cluster verify if your screen responds to button presses to move the bars up and down when acc is engaged
