2023 Waiting/Venting Room

Is there room for me in here?? Im getting a little miffed over my status. While I am not near as long waiting as many others ( order 9/22), im not happy that after 50 days at C, the scheduled for 3 weeks, entered production on 12/1, annnd crickets.
accordin to my dealer it was built ( but not showing KZ) and moved to storage estimated to ship on 12/8.
nothing… sitting in storage still. For no reason but to torment me. ?

Yeah, I don't know what's worse. Not being built and having no idea when it will actually get built...or being built and shoved into storage. Ooof. Hopefully storage is short lived and you'll get your jeep soon!

Finally got answers on my jeep in storage situation.
Mine is built with no problems so that's the good part.
And now for the fun part.
It is on indefinite shipping hold with no estimated ship date.
I suspected they ship vehicles in batches to consolidate them on a truck or train, so you have to have a lot going to the same area.
There are no others projected coming my way. No estimate on when it will ship, completely unknown. I was told it could be Jan, Feb or March or maybe longer.
You may get yours before I get mine.
Mine is gathering dust in a warehouse.

Did you politely remind them that you're already paying a hefty "destination fee" which should mean that if it needs to be carried to your local dealer by a goat and four Sherpa guides that it's covered???

I’m in tech / software engineering. And yet, half the time I email my dealer, I don‘t get a response, or I eventually get a response where they suggest I missed an email. I emailed them the other week asking about the molle straps — they said they’d look into it and I haven’t heard back since.

I have no email deliverability issues anywhere else, but for this dealership, they keep insisting I don’t get their emails (nor is it in spam). Something tells me they probably have deliverability issues that block their messages further up the funnel, that or they aren’t responding and insist they are. Who knows, but I bet I’m not the only person having the issue and I’m sure it’s not great for their customer service

With Christmas fast approaching, I don't want to continue to chase answers anymore. Its clear I'm not going to get this thing for at least 1 month, maybe 2.

My birthday is in March...maybe it will become a nice birthday present for me!

Yeah, I'm a sucker for punishment, what can I say? I did ping jeep chat today to see what they'd say. They just told me it's scheduled, and is currently at their plant in toledo... so then I asked "wait, so it's built?" -- "no, but it will be built in toledo". Uh thanks guys, wealth of information. I don't know what I expected...

Got a new code today. 4NS which, per a ram truck board, means "brakes plus, inc.". Anyone else have this?

I got that code on 12/6. My salesperson had no information on what it meant.

I know I haven't waited nearly as long as most, 10/14/2022, but for me, I think I'd rather be in "C" status than to have it built and in storage. My reason would be, to just sit can't be good for it. Tires for one.
Another reason, if I knew the jeep that I've been waiting for several months has been built and I can't have it....... I think that could cause very violent tendencies!!!

Just my opinion.
