Just remember this is the Venting room. There are plenty of orders that go off without a hitch we never see either because they arent on the forum or just never post in these threads. Scheduled means that they are making sure all your parts are available and you will be shortly in line to be built, once its in Production your truck is actually in the process.

That said mine went flawlessly and progressed exactly as quick as my dealer sait it would and they were spot on with the dates.

Also looks like a lot of the slow ones are either stripped down versions or ones that have the safety groups on them so so long as youre somewhere in the middle you should be good.

This was my JLR with only the Trail Camera, LED Lights, Premium Soft Top and Mopar Slush Mats added.

Thank you for the chart Kramer...perfect! I will probably fall into the slow category regarding parts...392 with SOT, tow, trail cam, mats and half doors.

Yours was really fast!

We ordered our 2023 Sport Altitude on October 15th, 2022. At that time, we were informed of maybe a delivery date after the 1st of the year. Got a call from our salesman November 2nd, saying our Jeep was there and ready to go. Shocked to say the least, as was our salesman. Last time an ordered vehicle came in that fast for them at the dealer was 2 years ago. Our salesman figured what model we ordered, and the options we choose (only 4 packages), allowed the factory to build and ship it so quickly. We have ordered many new vehicles since the 1980's, and waited months for their arrivals, so I know exactly what people on here are going through. This is the last new vehicle we are ordering, as we are retiring soon. Maybe a higher power did us a solid knowing that? .

Yea mine went quick through the process, I think some of that has to just do with options and going with a color that has been around a while. A lot of the other hold ups Ive seen are the Purple and new Earl colors.

Hope yours gets through Scheduling quickly and once it hits production it usually goes pretty quick if youre close to Toledo.

Had a little chat with Jeep today regarding this 4NS code we all got. Seems useless as this person could not say what it was either.

Ordered 10/14. Still in C with VON and VIN.
Metallic grey, soft top, tan leather with all the safety groups and most packages.

I retire April 1st and I don't really want it sitting in the yard until then. The reason I ordered so early is because I've been keeping up with this thread and I see that most orders are 5-6 months out.

The day I ordered, the dealer said his best guess was the week before Christmas. I was shocked and thought I messed up! As we get closer to Christmas, I realize there's no way he can be right. As I thought, this forum has a better idea of what's going on than the dealers.

I have also figured out that there is absolutely no rhyme nor reason why some jeeps are quick, and some take to so long to be delivered. In my opinion, it's kinda like when you die. "When its your time, it's your time."

Good luck to all and may the odds be ever in your favor.

That is my line of thinking as well. I find it hard to believe that there are no Jeeps hitting the dealer lots with safety groups. There has to be more to causing these delays.

So I'm convinced the safety groups are the reason mine isn't scheduled/built yet.

I frequently check out 2 door jeeps at dealers within 300 miles and none of them have either of the safety groups. (This wasn't the case about a month ago)

If jeep could just come out and say HEY THIS IS THE HOLD UP, instead of keeping us in the dark I wouldn't be as salty about this whole thing.

I'm going to reach out to my dealer today to see if they got any news from the rep.

Hopefully they actually reached out and didn't just say they would just to placate me.

They likely don't want their competition knowing what is holding up their production. So, they aren't about to start telling customers.

So, apparently Jeep is recalling all 4xe due to safety issue (engine suddenly halting) and there is a STOP SALE on any 4xe in USA. Not sure if we have the same think here in Canada, but they don't seem to deliver any 4xes to Canada anymore anyway.

Anyone else hear this?

Similar situation for me, I ordered a 22 sport altitude back in January. I got an email form Jeep 3 weeks in, said it was built, 5 more weeks it was delivered. I got the same response from my salesman.
Four short months later it was totaled then two more months for the insurance co to send me a check. Now the new Jeep has been stuck in confirmed status for over 11 weeks, so I guess it true, lightning doesn't strike twice.

Is there room for me in here?? Im getting a little miffed over my status. While I am not near as long waiting as many others ( order 9/22), im not happy that after 50 days at C, the scheduled for 3 weeks, entered production on 12/1, annnd crickets.
accordin to my dealer it was built ( but not showing KZ) and moved to storage estimated to ship on 12/8.
nothing… sitting in storage still. For no reason but to torment me. ?
