Man… I’ve been stuck in “E” status since April 12th. 14 days in production. I called my salesman to see if anything was up… but he’s not in today the manager was on lunch. So I’m just left waiting… wondering…

Hopefully you will receive positive news very soon. I was a bit surprised my made it through production in a week. I've seen some take much longer. #FingersCrossed for you.

Hopefully you will receive positive news very soon. I was a bit surprised my made it through production in a week. I've seen some take much longer. #FingersCrossed for you.

I went to E on 4/11. On 4/14 I got an email from my dealer saying I was in final inspection. I didn't get a build notification until 4/20 9 days later. Now shockingly it's supposed to arrive at the dealer tomorrow (4/28). Go figure. Hopefully, you'll get something soon.

I went to E on 4/11. On 4/14 I got an email from my dealer saying I was in final inspection. I didn't get a build notification until 4/20 9 days later. Now shockingly it's supposed to arrive at the dealer tomorrow (4/28). Go figure. Hopefully, you'll get something soon.
Wow, that’s crazy. Makes you wonder how accurate the trackers/system are, some seem to be pretty accurate and on point (within reason) while others are not at all. In any case, I hope I hear something soon too. Thanks!

Is anybody having trouble getting information from Jeep customer care? A month ago they told me my MT Wrangler Sport 2 door would be built May 8th, I reached out Friday for an updated expected build date and was told a specialist would reach out within one business day. This didnt happen. Tuesday morning I reached out again, and again it’s been another two business days with no contact. What’s it take to get a status update?

Is anybody having trouble getting information from Jeep customer care? A month ago they told me my MT Wrangler Sport 2 door would be built May 8th, I reached out Friday for an updated expected build date and was told a specialist would reach out within one business day. This didnt happen. Tuesday morning I reached out again, and again it’s been another two business days with no contact. What’s it take to get a status update?
I haven’t tried them I was thinking of contacting my dealer in a week or so and asking about an update being they originally told me 15 ish weeks from order date when the recall was announced. My order was Jan 27th my main reason for waiting has been because my salesman is out so it’s just reaching the dealership In general and not someone in particular

I've never been able to get any info from them. Tonight my "Estimated Delivery" changed to TBD. It's annoying not knowing what's happening -- especially since the pizza tracker is there like a tease -- but I'm just going to try to stay patient and wait for my dealer to send me that magical email or text message saying my Jeep has arrived

It's annoying not knowing what's happening -- especially since the pizza tracker is there like a tease -- but I'm just going to try to stay patient and wait for my dealer to send me that magical email or text message saying my Jeep has arrived
Honestly it’d be nice if the pizza tracker gave the estimate shipped date that dealers get

I was confident about my manual order but seeing a post today in the clutch recall thread where it’s seeming they don’t have a solution just yet is starting to make me a little nervous about mine being built in a timely manner

My delivery time has changed three times. Original was May 10th and after it was built May 2nd. After it shipped went to May 15th. Can't figure out why it would move back since it's only 8 hours away from my dealership in Pennsylvania.
I've never been able to get any info from them. Tonight my "Estimated Delivery" changed to TBD. Yeah I seen that too, hopefully it was a misprint in the ordering guide. If not makes it even harder to get them after the fact. Especially since I wasn’t blue to order them in punk’n.

True I hope it’s a misprint because I only looked at the 2 door for a Willy’s to see how it’d compare if a snafu happens to my 23 order
