To add injury to insult, the fed is going to up rates another .75. My preexisting loan has 10 days left on it at the current rate.

This is frustrating. In your situation, I would be pushing the dealer to work with Jeep to offer you an equal financing incentive when the Jeep arrives (or a deeper discount to make up for it). They probably won't, though... But I would try my damndest.

I can't remember - has your Jeep passed inspection yet? Or is it post-production but stuck in inspection?

Interesting update from jeep customer care this morning. She could see nothing more than the tracker showed me (148 days at C) so she filed to escalate to a level two due to the fact that I had exceeded the number of days for C stage. Just received a voicemail telling me I am in the “build” stage as of 10/20. Feeling excited again! Anyone waiting too long in C should call!
Pizza trackers are not updating for some of us.

My dealer called me this afternoon and my Jeep has arrived. I was gonna wait until Monday to pick it up but I don’t think I can wait. I think I’m gonna try and skip out of work early tomorrow and go get it. I am a lil pissed at myself though because I didn’t realize until after I ordered it that I picked the all weather tires instead of the all terrain so I’m gonna have to see if I can find some take offs on CL or something. Nonetheless, I’m pretty happy it’s finally arrived, a few days earlier than expected.

Dealership told me I’m in KZLD status, which apparently means a shipping delay, unfortunately. I ordered from Mark Dodge and was built on 10/24, for what it’s worth.

Holy hell bouncy AF tires are at 42 PSI so definitely need to go down.

Also almost all the fuses pushed down when I checked them so don't skip that.

Dealer confirmed today I'm still in D (well, in D as of today)... I have heard the stories of bouncing between C and D and back to C...

Jeep is built, sitting in the Toledo yard. I've got some preapproved financing as a backup plan but it's expiring soon and it's going to be whatever it's going to be. I just hate paying more for their delays.

The real truth is this is just a horrible experience. Having a tracker but offering no tracking is a huge mistake on their part. I called Jeep Cares again yesterday and after explaining the entire thing and her putting me on hold for over five minutes (I was encouraged by that), she came back with exactly the same information the tracker reports and when pressed I need to go the dealership. Explained that again, same response.

I'm beyond words that no one @JeepCares has the ability to escalate or provide any additional insight. It all has to happen from the dealership. Again, at what point do get to another level of inquiry? 60 days post-build? 90? Just tell me if you have any checks in your system that says, "Hey, I think this jeep has been here too long."

I've been a loyal FCA customer and I counted up yesterday that we've purchased 22 vehicles in 15 years from them. I'm not really brand loyal, we've been all over the place but a majority of our purchases (yes, we buy/trade a lot) have been FCA because I like Ram, Durango, GC, Hellcats, etc.. Given the models we buy, I'm over 1M in vehicle purchases. I was shocked by my own assessment. I'm done. 100% will never buy another one from FCA (I'm stubborn and stupid that way) and by 19 November I'm done with this one as well.

I'd love to have a 392, hence the ordering, but not being able to provide answers is honestly unacceptable. The dealership seems to be reaching out to Stellantis but I'm not getting a response to those inquiries beyond the "hot tog". We're 16 days into a tag that is supposed to prioritize the jeep to move. Oh well. Sorry, just repeating myself at this point.

Dealer informed me on Saturday 10/29 that I'm in D status and I now have a VIN. All the trackers still show C status and no VIN.

I ordered on 14 September and had a VIN two days later and the tracker still shows me in C. My dealer told me I was in E 2 weeks ago.

I don’t think the trackers are accurate. My order has been D1 and with an expected Ship date for almost two weeks. tracks show me in C. I could be wrong, but at least mine isn’t accurate. I think there are update issues on the Jeep side. My Dealer has provided me my info.

Mine has been very accurate so far through built, anytime I check with the dealer it matches the tracker. It also says it is being delivered 11/11 but hasn’t shipped yet so will see.

Day 134 since ordering:

Well.......Thank you very much Jeep. Been in production since September 23rd. Was supposed to be delivered TODAY. And....delivery just went to "TBD" today. Really curious as to what's going on. I know there are people who ordered before me...so I feel your pain. But I had my fingers crossed for a surprise delivery at my dealer today. Glad I wasn't holding my breath!
