Spoke to my salesman at the dealer. Looks like our build date is currently 11/14.

OBVIOUSLY that doesn't mean much but it's at least a date.

For the 392 peeps, I see no pattern based on options selected. 5 392s updated to In production or Built today, none of them had either of the safety groups and all of them had XR. However, there are other 392s still at c that don't have the safety groups either, some with the exact same options, and have been sitting for much longer. I looked at dealers and none of them seem to be high volume either. Very strange. There really is no visible pattern yet in the data. Keep in mind this was a quick scan.

Sorry not to bring better news.
If I'm not mistaken, all the safety groups are included with the 392s. The only Optional packages for the 392 are XR, Smoker's Group and Trailer-Tow package.

Thanks. Did not realize that since I didn't order one.

The safety groups are standard on 392s... Are you sure this isn't another "Jeep's data is f'd up" issue?

I actually asked if there was any way to remove them from my order, and my dealer (a friend of mine) told me there was no such option...

A train derailed last night in Ohio, heading toward Pernnsylvania. At least one of the freight cars was carrying Jeeps as can be seen in this picture from the Akron Beacon Journal. And the hits just keep on coming.

Oof. If someone in this thread's Jeep was on that train... I am sorry. That sucks.

None of the trackers show D status. Your VIN will show when it goes to D1
Well..... There is (at least) one person out there whose Pizza Tracker shows them in C (or maybe D, because Jeep doesn't distinguish in the Pizza Tracker), and their VIN shows up in the Pizza Tracker, but they are not in D1. I saw it over on the Jeep392 forums.

Gotta love Jeep and their shite data / order tracker...

I should have said “in most cases”
I think it’s only the more recent ones that have had that happen.

I don’t think the trackers are accurate. My order has been D1 and with an expected Ship date for almost two weeks. tracks show me in C. I could be wrong, but at least mine isn’t accurate. I think there are update issues on the Jeep side. My Dealer has provided me my info.

This wait became even harder today... My friend decided to buy a 392 off the lot at a dealer not far from him, and he's rubbing it in my face.
Did you order with a discount though? I have had multiple chances for a Supplier priced MSRP or slightly above MSRP, but none with anything but my Supplier pricing. Although, they all were without exactly all my desired options. I guess to me, waiting for the deal is worth it. Also, knowing it has every option I desired is a bonus. Lastly, the custom window sticker. Just a bucket list for anyone with a car heart! Stay true! Good things come to those who wait. You can rub it in his face with the price. ;)

I received a call from my dealer that my Jeep will be going into production this week. Yay =) However, Jeep trackers says it's still in C Status (14 Days). Boo...
Congrats! Out of curiosity …did they provide an estimated ship date?

Well, if their order tracker wasn't utter garbage, then it would behave the same way for every single user... However, I doubt they even bother to do any sort of data normalization, let alone followed any sort of SDLC when they implemented the stupid thing.

I saw this on JeepHers Facebook page today. I really hope that my jeep was not on that train. ??
