I would not have taken delivery oI talked to a dealer at a dealership last week and I asked him about what happens when there’s a part holding up the build and he said a lot of the time JEEP will actually just remove that option from the vehicle and build without it so that it doesn’t hold the build up I don’t know how often that’s true or if it’s ever true but maybe that’s what happened with yours?
i would not have taken delivery of that Jeep as it isnt what you ordered. The main reason to order a vehicle is to get EXACTLY what you want, not what the factory decides for you. There are too many bullshit excuses for everything anymore. While waiting to see what happens with my order, I will explore other options just in case. I have yet to be impressed with my dealer or Jeep communications to date.FINALLY picked my Jeep up today. Weird though that factory decided to skip the Cold Weather Package on my build. Not happy about it but it is what it is at this point.
Yeah I was in the 9/9 delivery and still haven’t heard anything either. I’m in NJ and have to book a flight out of Philly plus arrange retriever care so I’d really like to have a plan soon.I am still waiting as well, I think ours all arrived on the same day. I get that it takes some time, but I would like to at least know it is there. I am somewhat close, so driving down is easier for me. I assume they are swamped with a bunch of others on the lot. Just eager to get my hands on it!
Oh nice! I appreciate the info, I’ve been passed off to 3 different salesmen cause they transfer outta sales and I ended up with a guy who I feel I can’t ask questions toI'm in the situation as you. Was built and marked as shipped since 9/8 but just sitting at the raceway. I actually ordered down the street from you at Huffines since they were willing to do Tread Lightly/FFP on a 392. My salesman just updated me a few minutes ago and said it should reach the railyard (I hope he means Alliance) on the 21st so our Jeeps should be on the same train if not on the same truck after as well.
I'm all set and ready to go at this point. Have supplied everything to Renee she needs prior to arrival on Thursday. She contacted me yesterday.I am still waiting as well, I think ours all arrived on the same day. I get that it takes some time, but I would like to at least know it is there. I tried to have somewhat regular contact. Once a month I reached out. Once it was delivered I pretty much initiated the pickup sequence because my schedule is pretty unpredictable and I needed my travel to be finalized. I dealt with Daniel and he was always pretty quick to respond. Sounds like a different deal with the other guys.Yeah I was in the 9/9 delivery and still haven’t heard anything either. That is a fantastic looking Jeep!Picked mine up on Wednesday.![]()
Our sales guy gave us an update on Friday (Last Week) that our Jeep was built and waiting for final inspection yet that Jeep tracker says it's still in production etc. We've purchased from him before without any issues and he's always been pretty straight forward so we hope the tracker is just off / delayed .......Don't go off the pizza tracker ya'll! It's depressing! Mines been stuck like this forever it seems and I got this text today! I'm one excited individual right now!!

While the trackers can be behind or not update at all, your example has nothing to do with that. It has to do with the fact that the trackers only track certain statuses. The trackers track C and then D1. They don’t track D. So the tracker won’t see your ViN until D1.This is precisely what my dealer told me. He told me to not put much stock in the trackers because they all pull from the same information, and a good portion of the time, the trackers lag behind by quite a bit. The tracker shows me being in "C" status since August 8th with my VON and VIN displayed but that is it. When I called the dealer, He said that my Jeep was already in "D" status with a firm build date and reminded me to stop paying so much attention to Jeep's tracker page. I'm just hoping to be pleasantly surprised when my Jeep shows up to the dealer.
Please sir, whilst you take photos for us poor wretched souls?!I'm all set and ready to go at this point. Have supplied everything to Renee she needs prior to arrival on Thursday. She contacted me yesterday.

I plan to take some to show how many are on site. I can't spend much time locating and taking pics of specific Jeeps because my wife will not be pleased if we are at the dealership for very long. I will keep my eye out for a Red 4xe w/black top tho. We are turning this into a short trip to Nashville. Once we close ... going to hit the ground running til Saturday. Please sir, whilst you take photos for us poor wretched souls?!

Hot damn! Just over a month??Well - now it has shipped. My dealer contacted me and stated that it had been invoiced on their end. The widow sticker is now available and the build matches what I requested. (sarge green / cloth seats / cold weather group / front camera / steel bumpers / floor mats / head liners).
