Ah man that’s cool but is this why my tracker says one change? Not a change on my status but on the tracker itself?

No. It’s just that sometimes the info from Jeep changes ever so slightly and the tracker catches the change, even though there really isn’t a change in status. I need to take some time to fix that.

For those of you stuck in limbo and enjoying looking at data, I've added 3 new views to the Jeep page on the Jeep Tracker (jeeptracker.com). Here is a quick definition of the views and a screenshot:

Unique (default) = the number of jeeps in the tracker for each package/option that are at a specific status.
Aggregate- total number of jeeps in the tracker that have reached that stage at some point. For Example, Every jeep that has reached E has also reached C & D. Therefore, every jeep has reached C, and anything from D forward has reached D, etc.
Percentage (shown below) - unique jeeps per status shown as a percent of all jeeps in the tracker that have that package.
Aggregate % - the aggregate number shown as a %

Enjoy

Seems like on this small sample set that the cold weather group is a very popular option.

Yup. Most popular one. 243 out 420 have it. I’m also assuming it’s one of the options that is available on every/most models.

Thanks so much for this. The additional info is really interesting. Quick question on my options. My order doesn't have any info on my leather seat selection. All my other options are showing. Just trying to head off any problems w/my order if needed. Thanks!

Hi folks, my two doors Wrangler just arrived at dealer’s parking lot. But they contact me to say that since I have not bought tread lightly 30 days ago (they have not mentioned before), they cannot give me the previous price. And they are going to add $1500 to our previous deal. Do you guys have any ideas on that? How can I deal with this? Thanks in advance.

My dealer told me once it ships it would take about 3 weeks to get to Denton tx if that’s any help
Well that's something, now to get them to build it & ship it (McKinney, TX here).

This is probably a stupid question but does anyone know if there is a way to track the vehicle once its shipped from the plant? My dealer told me that my Jeep would be on a train from Toledo to NYC, and then trucked from NYC to my dealer in Massachusetts.
Here is my ordering timeline:
Ordered & Confirmed - August 6
Scheduled August 16
In Production - September 7
Built - September 9
Shipped - September 9
wow that’s fast!

I order 7/21 and I‘m sitting in confirmed.

where did you buy and what did you order?

Your tracker is awesome... is there a way to show how many Jeeps come from a particular dealership? Like both of mine (2022 & 2023) are showing just the one order from my dealer, & I understand that is for that particular order options but just curious how many Jeeps were ordered from my dealer. If the build is in anyway connected to volume, I may be screwed.

I got a call from my salesman last night who said, "I'm breaking my cardinal rule here, I usually never promise a car until it's on the lot, but I have confirmation the truck with your Jeep will be here in the morning and I scheduled a detail guy and inspector to be here, too. You should be able to come get your Jeep tomorrow afternoon."

So hopefully I will be getting my Jeep today!! I will post pictures of it when I do.

Yes. If you look, one of the data points he tracks and compares to other Jeeps is what dealership it's coming from .

Your dealer will have a VIN before the tracker shows it. The VIN is assigned at D status, the Tracker jumps from C to D1 status. I asked my dealer weekly about my VIN until he sent it to me when my Jeep went to D. I was excited, only to be sitting at D for more than 5 weeks.

I think Jeep tried to simplify the tracker to make it easy to consume by limiting the steps (and probably to reveal less info). But in the process they created confusion by creating gaps in information along the steps of the process.
took me about 6 weeks to get a VIN, but I had to call the dealer to get it. The tracker still hasn’t populated the VIN (order confirmed 7/21).

Right, that's what made me think of a larger picture... mine is only showing 1 Jeep on 2023 ordered and 1 for the 2022 at that dealership - but my understanding is that is the # for that particular build... so I am the only one that that dealer that ordered a hydro blue with those particular options. I wanted to see how many Jeeps (no matter the color/options) have been ordered at that dealership. I'll go look again, I may have just missed it...

I think he matches each data point with other builds, not just the whole build at once. However... the build has to be entered into the tracker in order to show up. So, your dealership may have other builds coming, but you are the only one who is signed up for this tracker.
