My salesperson just told me that my 23 JLU Rubi Diesel has an estimated ship date of 9/16, but the pizza tracker still says this:

do the dealers have more info than the tracker shows?

also, if the ship date is 9/16, when do you think it’ll arrive in Phoenix? I need to buy airfare, so I’d like as much advance notice as possible!

Yeah I’m just impatient knowing my Jeep was built over a week ago and still hasn’t shipped to the dealership 10 minutes away is kind of getting annoying.

Yeah I'm super annoyed as well. Built 10 days ago and its still sitting on truck/rail somewhere. In KZ-LD status. I'm PCSing soon and if I don't get a confirmation in a day or so, I will have to buy something used from a lot.

If I’m not mistaken, the Estimated ship date is the date it should go into production…I’m in the same boat. I’m hoping it gets bumped or moved up a couple of days. Not sure I want a Friday build date.

I’ve been in Order Confirmed since 8/3 for a 7/27 order. No vin. Nothing…

Is this normal or should I be worried? I thought a VIN would at least exist sooner.

My dealer is unresponsive (and I haven’t been one to hound them). The GM had placed the order itself since I had submitted the request on their sites’ email form - so he entered it and priced it and had others collect the deposit. Super easy sale for them, but I’m worried maybe the issue is that I don’t really have a salesperson owning follow up as a result. I’ve tried connecting with the folks he handed me off to after ordering but they don’t respond.

Went to production status Saturday 27th. Pizza tracker and waiting for Jeep dot com updated to production status Saturday but cryptostickers is still not showing my build. Texted salesman this morning and he said it’s in I status meaning it’s pending final inspection. Like others has said on here, talk with your salesman for accurate status info. The trackers just seem to not be able to be updated as soon as the dealer can be. Good luck to all!!…?

I agree 100%. I talked to mine this morning as well and he told me my ship date has been pushed a little to Sept 12 from the 10th. But, he also said that he wouldn’t be surprised if it showed up the end of next week or the week after. I told him what I’ve been reading on the forums here, and he confirmed in he pulled it up again in his computer that it’s scheduled to be built this week. Fingers crossed!

Heres my info:
Order confirmed on 7/9. Order number is 55985670.
None of the trackers show anything further but the dealer has provided the VIN. No idea when to expect a build date or a delivery date.

Interesting. Mine isn't a diesel, but same exact dates as yours when I pull mine on pizza tracker. I haven't talked to my dealer since I got my VON from them via txt. Was going to wait until Friday to see if the tracker updates at all before calling my dealer to see if they see anything more. I'm trying not to get antsy ?

oh dang that sucks. hope you hear something. my husband and i are buying a house from a family member so there wasnt a rush at first and i wanted to have the jeep first before redoing our preapproval for a home loan. it didnt affect us getting preapproved a year ago right after we got our grand Cherokee so they dont think it will be a problem now. but im afraid getting a mortgage right before i try and buy a car might mess it up and it would be really hard letting go of my jeep ive been waiting months for because its not like you can just walk onto a car lot and have options to choose from. id have to place another order and possibly wait months for another jeep.

Jeep runs pretty much 7 days a week 20+ hours a day so it doesn't matter what day its built on. (i looked at the application it says runs weekends and some holidays)

I ordered a Sahara Altitude. The trim was taken off the order form but Jeep says they will produce it for 2023.
