I just received the "In-production" e-mail as well. Ordered 6/13 from Gupton. Pizza tracker has also updated.

Curious to know why my preview is now blacked out on the tracker. Building an XR generates the same preview on the configurator. Has been this way for a few days now.

It's weird. Dealer sent me the VIN already, so I have it on my updated POC, though on the tracker page it still shows TBD.

Mine is a black box now too. Ordered 2023 JLUR 7/19, VIN/D status assigned 7/30. Since that change it's been black.

Ignore that tracker/Jeep Chat. Check in with your dealership for up-to-date info. At the prices we're paying, they shouldn't have ANY problem answering questions.

I agree, but "It has the same exact status information our system has" is what I was told. I get it though, they're extremely busy right now

Nah, lot of us got our VINs, Current status and build date from our dealers

They definitely have more info. I just sent an email to my dealer to check my status and see if it has changed from the original production date she gave me of 8/24 and this was her response:

The order shipping date was pushed back to 8/30, but I know they are just now starting production on model year 2023 Jeeps.​

Received my estimated ship date of 9/6 today and I’m in D1. Pizza tracker updated to scheduled as well. For reference, I ordered a ‘23 JLUWXR Granite Crystal with hardtop, Alpine audio, and 25W quick order package.

6/8 order and nothing here. confirmed is all i get. hard to take the doors off a confirmed jeep.

We are in a famously inpatient culture and are now asked to be patient. They're lucky we're not storming Toledo with pitchforks.
