Okay is anyone else having issues with the tracker? It has been over a week now and the tracker recognizes by name and order number but states no information found. It was showing my jeep photo stating confirmed previously. It is totally moving in the wrong direction LOL.
Dealer sends bi weekly updates and says all is still good but......

Don't worry you're not alone. I ordered 6/9 as well and still stuck on confirmed. Maybe we should have ordered in July lol

Thats just the day they received the notification they were scheduled, not their production start date

We are in the production que, actual production doesnt start until mid august

Ignore that tracker/Jeep Chat. Check in with your dealership for up-to-date info. At the prices we're paying, they shouldn't have ANY problem answering questions.

Just to clarify, ordered 7/25 vin 8/1.

I ordered 7/19 and got my VIN 7/30 - looks like they're making the rounds.

Don't worry you're not alone. I ordered 6/9 as well and still stuck on confirmed. Maybe we should have ordered in July lol

6/8 order and nothing here. confirmed is all i get. hard to take the doors off a confirmed jeep.

I just received the "In production que" e-mail as well. Ordered 6/13 from Gupton. Pizza tracker has also updated.

Curious to know why my preview is now blacked out on the tracker. Building an XR generates the same preview on the configurator. Has been this way for a few days now.
