Yes. That's why many posters will say reach out to your dealer. Jeep has a lot fo data. Many stages beyond the trackers, and even has shipping info, when it leaves, when it arrives at the railyward, when the truck picks it up. There system has WAY more data than what Jeep makes avaialbel publicly. Some dealers don't want to be bothered, or don't know how to use it or what some of it means. I don't know which is worse, laziness or icompetence., but it sucks either way.Oh, well that's different. The dealers know a lot more than the trackers do and they know it before. It almost sounds like this guy just wanted to sit back and collect his commission.
