This happen to anyone else? My jeep SKIPPED scheduling phase, had been no updates since July when I purchased, and all the sudden it skipped right to giving me a delivery date of 12/16/22 in Jersey.

Whoa, the FarOut backup order I have also went into build today. Looks like my ‘22 will get here first though.

Are you going to keep the ‘22? I feel like at this point I’d go with the ‘23 FarOut but I don’t know have you have them speced

I’ll likely keep the ‘22, it’s fully loaded and will hopefully be here soon. Depending on what happens I’ll be sure to put it out that this FarOut is up for grabs and where!

My salesmen while a nice man has been absolutely no help regarding my order. If I call to check on the status, he says mam it will get here when it gets here Jeep doesn't tell us anything. Beyond frustrated. Is it just me or all salesmen this way?????

Window Sticker showed up this AM, and I keep going back to look at it. Guess it's something different to look at other than the tracker! Ha.

Well, really once it ships he's right. Jeep has no control over the carrier and probably doesn't get many updates. I've heard some folks say they are told where their Jeep is, but other than that they don't know when it's going to move from that spot.

I finally have a status - good news, bad news. The dealership finally pressed on having the Jeep physically touched and it was only to find out it was missing the FOBs. So at least it's being addressed and the reason for this very long delay may come to end soon. I hope to hear soon how long that will take to correct and then I assume I'm not far off from seeing it arrive. While frustrating, it's an actual status with real information and it's way better than wondering every single day if it's coming or not. I don't have to spend the weekend refreshing a tracker

I've already busted a fed rate hike so I hope I don't lose out on the November veterans bonus.

Well, really once it ships he's right. Jeep has no control over the carrier and probably doesn't get many updates. I've heard some folks say they are told where their Jeep is, but other than that they don't know when it's going to move from that spot.

He has told me the same thing the entire process, not just the shipping portion. Its been the same story since day 1.

Oh, well that's different. The dealers know a lot more than the trackers do and they know it before. It almost sounds like this guy just wanted to sit back and collect his commission.

Yep, 100% true, there are a lot of submenus on exactly what is going on.

Glad to hear that you finally have something other than "we don't know". FOBs shouldn't be too hard since they can program then based on the VIN, right?
