Sorry to hear that. Good news is that both should be covered even if it will likely be a pain in the ass.

I'm told they "Should" both be covered. But you are correct about the "pain in the ass" part! I'm at the mercy of my borderline incompetent local dealership!!! The service department had NO clue what the Sunrider top was when I called to explain the issue. and they told me they don't have a body shop so any approved paint work will be outsourced to a 3rd party.....

I'm imagining the worst as my new baby will be mishandled by who knows how many idiots as they try to figure out what's wrong with the top.

Dealer just sent me a bunch of screenshots that I'm having trouble deciphering. Status says KZLD, which is not listed in the "Guide ..." sticky on the subforum. Some posts say it means Shipped/Delayed or something similar. But, what the dealer sent me indicates an ETA window of 10/22-10/31 and dealer says "should be here any day!". It also lists last location type as "VDC" and "Event description" of "Ingate/Rebay at Facility," Anyone know what any of that means? Sound like maybe a case of too much info?

KZL means released but not shipped. KZLD is a sub status of that. Not sure what it means. Makes sense with rebay. Probably back in a bay waiting to ship.

If they're that incompetent, maybe a 3rd party shop isn't such a bad thing. As for not knowing what a Sunrider top is... yeah that doesn't bode well for getting it fixed. Keep us posted on what happens and good luck.

That is particularly cruel to tell you it's arrived when it hasn't. That's like waking up Christmas morning to find they changed the calendar and it's March 13th...

The dealer didn’t tell me it was in… it got updated on the tracker as delivered and I reached out… and he told me the story. Not his fault at all… just stinks. SOOOOO close.

Just click on the Jeep model. Also, if you click on Show Disclosure on any offer, you can find the end date. These are manufacturer incentives, so they cost the dealer nothing and they should include them as part of your purchase.

At this point, I'm not likely getting the October offer. BUT, maybe there will be an even better November offer, or nothing at all. We'll see. But hey the delay netted you $500!

Technically the $500 rebate is only shown on the 22's, not the 23's. I presume as help for dealers to move any remaining 22's on the lot. But if there is success getting it applied to the 23's as well then that's great!

Sorry. Better answer. Early Grey startted production on 10/12 is in production according to the data. 10/13 production one shipped. Now, it is possible it shipped and they didn't update. Jeep's data is not accurate.

I am in CO so wondering if they sent 'us Westerners" at the same time If so I should be in KZM along with yoiu... if not hoping yours will arrive SOON

im also in Co and mine has been completed since 10/10. It says it won’t be delivered until 11/20. I’m wondering why it’s taking so long?

Mine was 11/25 and now changed to 11/10 so maybe we are on the train together so you might
get a faster delivery date... where in Colorado? I'm in Divide and ordered out of Colorado Springs

Oh I sure hope so! I’m north in Brighton I ordered north of me though. I hate to say it but my salesman doesn’t have a clue. He told me it was sitting in Canada lol. Obviously it isn’t, he was looking at where some of the parts are from (Toronto) rather than Toledo ?‍, so he’s been of no help to me. I’m basically relying on the Jeep apps to keep me informed. I know they’re also not completely reliable either.
My neighbor ordered her Jeep about 3 weeks before I did, it never showed any movement then it showed it was built and delivered in two days lol. The following weekend she picked it up from her dealership.
When was yours completed again?
I ordered the JLUR XR in Earl. I’ve been without a Jeep since the beginning of August bc I sold my 21’ Gladiator.
