This is the harness that I make, I've sold hundreds to TRX owners, install a kill switch onto the wire leads and vehicle will not start. If you remote start , you still have to press the ignition button to drive off, if the kill switch is active, you can press all day long and it will not drive off.
I've installed Hothead headliners and for me they reduced noise inside. Not much but a lot less echo. I applied a layer of sound deadening material to the hard top before installing Hotheads over it.
Its a great way to prevent/slow down a thief. I make those harnesses for the TRX but they work on the newer Stellantis products(WK2, Charger, Challenger, RAM, JLs) as well.
Ive been using a $75 Quadratec without any issues, simple install over all.
Remove both tail lights to access the plugs, then I followed the drivers side frame rail/ brake lines and came out on the drivers side in the engine compartment, then I followed the wiper cowl to reach the battery.
Multiple problems here, Jeep has 150k miles, lifetime warranty is offered by the dealership(not the manufactuer), these type of warranties actually have their own terms and conditions which include no mods, stricter than factory maintenance interval, who can perform work etc.
This is the reason I deleted AUX battery completely, disabled the system and pulled the fuse for battery management system or whatever its called. System doesnt do $hit but break your wallet
