That’s terrific what is the etiquette on this forum in terms of asking about actual prices ppl paid? is that a no no?

My build is in my signature. Fully loaded 2 door rubicon
I'm paying just over $56K for it including taxes, title, and dealer fee. ($52K before taxes, title, and fees)

If you want to get a jeep for less than MSRP, @Ratbert has a post on dealerships all over the country that can help get you a deal. If a dealership tells you 'no one is going less than MSRP right now' they're full of shit. give the people who are willing to make a deal with you your money.

So... tracker still shows built and delivery TBD, but the salesperson at the dealer just told me the car was delivered over the weekend!

Figuring when I go pick it up - I'm giggly as a child!

follow-up: my Jeep is officially ready for pickup! Working out the travel arrangements/date.

Now on to look for dates to attend the basic offroading training day from Jeep (or any other offroad school/course that you recommend within ~100mi from NYC).

I already tried Jeep Chat a few weeks ago, and they basically told me to look it up myself on the tracker and leave them alone. They were unusually ignorant about it.



Perhaps, but it's still just the initial batch of 23s not even a month into production and maybe the 2-doors will pick up a little more for the 2nd month (depending upon actual consumer demand/orders of that version). Without knowing if they consistently produce roughly the same amount of 2-doors each month, or if that tends to vary, I'm not too concerned just yet.

Maybe it's like sprinkles on ice cream and they randomly toss a few in every once in a while to keep things interesting?

Correct: maybe they'll pick up. Maybe they won't.

What I'm reporting is that they're currently building 2-doors at a significantly slower rate relative to 4-doors than they did last year. Interpret that information however you deem appropriate.

Day #55 ( or #24 since production started). I'm going to start making up my own D->D1 progress notes.
I'm in DAA status; Parts were gathered but accidentally shipped to NASA for the Artemis program. Further notes pending.

is Artemis a 2 or 4 door rocket? Could explain the launch delays.
