Anyone know when the order banks open up for MY '22 and if there are any changes coming.
As I’ve been told here early June we should see something. I am out of a car right now I’m waiting to see what’s in the pipeline.

Hopefully the bigger discounts come back right dealers are at 3 under invoice
I doubt there will be any discounts.

If you are in new jersey there is dealers very close to you that do 7% under invoice without even trying.

I think they’re all at 3% now due to the chip shortage

3% is still better than around here. They give you a few hundred under invoice. And that's because I use a supplier code

That is unfortunate. I ordered mine earlier in May (dealer swore up and down that it had an allocation) so I have to imagine mine is being pushed back to 2022 as well. When did you order?

i picked up someone else’s cancelled order. So the original order date was 2/26 with my modifications 4/2. It went to D1 statusjust over two weeks ago and found out yesterday that the model year changed.

Did your dealership have available 2021 allocations and was your order one of them? If it wasn’t an allocated order, that’s probably why it was pushed back to ‘22. Strange that the MY changed after it was in D1 though. A parts shortage or other issue would be disappointing, but not surprising.

Also looking to order a 2022 2dr Rubicon at this point.

Was at dealership over the weekend and the sales manager indicated nearly impossible to order a 2021 at this point given the current chip issue very few are being allocated to each dealership in the area.

Probably would not have gone to D1 if it were an unallocated order, no?

IDK, but that’s what I would think and why it seems strange it would change AFTER being in D1. Chip or option shortage? Who knows?đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž

yes it was an allocated order. Mine wasn’t the only one pushed back. I am guessing it is due to shortage. It’s not the worse thing to happen. If it’s going to take forever to arrive it might as well be the next MY.
