Just finished upgrades on my 2022 Rubicon Diesel Unlimited. Added 3.5 gamechanger lift, full metalcloak underbody armour, and added a warn winch, with 35" K02's. With that, I weighed it with 2 people and recovery gear, full tank of diesel.
We weighed in at 6200#.
I feel like I need to consider regearing. I get 8th gear, but Jeep seems to be less peppy. And occasionally I will be pulling a fishing boat of about 2500#.
Opinions?

Mine is in the same ballpark. It's never felt exactly peppy from day one with 37s and 4.63 gears, but the torque is awesome when rock crawling.

Going to something like 4.56 gears will definitely help. Just don't expect miracles when you're dealing with that much weight.

Last April I was in Moab and weighed my jeep with 2 people in it.
I was at 6440lbs with all my trail gear.
When I got back I decided to put my jeep on a diet.
I lost about 300lbs by replacing both steel bumpers and steel skid plates with aluminum.
It raised my jeep by 1 inch and I got performance gain.
