I know this is an older thread, but how much of a sag would a steel bumper cause a High Tide since it has the XR package?
None. I added them and it didn't change much. The OEM plastic front is close in weight.

Thanks for the replies. So I wouldnt need to change springs or anything until I add a winch?

Should be good. And even with the winch you may just be able to throw a 1 inch spacer up front. That is if you feel like your springs are handling the weight well.

I almost did just that but I swear they put gas rubicon springs in my diesel as I was CONSTANTLY hitting the bump stops. So I just bit the bullet and lifted it finally. Haven't touched the bumpstops since with a proper spring rate for the diesel.

Bumpstops on an XR are huge lol. I would probably just add a spacer if the spring itself was fine otherwise just add a spring maybe. Guess we will see eventually. Lol
