Hi I have a scheduled appointment at the dealership in Sommerset KY on the 10th to address some issues I’ve been having with the Jeep. My main issue is when the clutch is in coming to a stop or engaging to move, there’s a spindle clicking sound resembling that of marbles clacking together as I disengage or engage the clutch. 16k miles 2022 rubicon 2 door 6 speed manual. I have a host of other issues I have seen mentioned here but the sound started after being in 4 lo in mud trying to get out of my driveway I heard a loud pop then a bunch of grinding and binding. Now it seems as if a rock is stuck inside the brake system somewhere. The 4wd transfer case occasionally will be completely locked out and won’t engage at all. I’m not sure if the ball joints loosened up but that may be a culprit for some of the noises I hear. I have so many issues with this car I’m getting frustrated any suggestions are appreciated. How do I go about the warranty work, should I make a list and give it to them when I take it in? I also have a latch on the freedom top that wants to over-rotate and loosens up while driving; the insert that the latch screws into has came loose. And also my passenger side visor just flops around because the threaded insert clips that go into the metal framing of the car are inserted very loosely whereas the drivers side are snug.

The creaking is happening when stopping whether forward or reverse. And the sound you hear when I go forward, is the concerning sound. It’s like a clicking/marbles hitting sound as I let off the clutch either in gear or reverse. It’s easier to hear towards the end of the video but can be heard both times I move the Jeep forward in the video.

So I have noticed that there is a really odd noise that sounds much like a spindle clinking or loose metal balls rolling into each other when letting out of the clutch in 1st gear or reverse or pressing the clutch in when stopping. It’s a very distinct noise that is hard to get on video I will try again today. Anyone here having similar issues? Trying to figure out how to get a good description as I have a warranty appointment coming up on the 10th of February and do not want them to just chalk it up as “normal” because it isn’t a normal noise and nobody else seems to have posted a video of this specific noise. I will go to the school parking lot after work and try to get a better video. I’m assuming it could be from loose ball joints but this is a very new noise that happened after being in 4lo and spinning tire trying to get out of mud. The front axle seems to bind in 4wd and when it’s in 2wd it still makes the same noise
