I've got the same issue. Since I exported my Wrangler out of the states I don't have proper Jeep mechanics and my mechanic has been going over every connection and grounding point but no luck so far

Replace the green canbus block - even if it looks fine. They cost like $8 on ebay and take all of 5 minutes to swap out.

Mine was doing the exact same thing and this fixed all issues. If it doesn't work, you're out $8 and 5 minutes.

Sounds promising - I will let you know how it went
Got the green connector and replaced the original - wire by wire - went for a short ride and everything seems fine. It is too early to declare victory, but it is a good start.
Will report back after a couple of weeks ...

There is another green canbus near the back seat. You can find factory wiring diagrams on the forum. I've read where someone had a bad harness at the sway bar disconnect that also caused this. Keep looking around, you will probably figure this out before the dealer.
I replaced the glove box green connector for now and see how it goes for a while. If needed I will look into the two items you have suggested - keeping my fingers crossed that this was it ...

So far so good - it's been almost 3 weeks now and the Jeep has not acted up ...

It's holding up fine so far - if it stays like this for another few weeks - I would say it is fixed ...

FOUND A Possible FIX! I had the same issue every time I was out in the snow and mud. The dealership tried a couple times to find the issue and actually told me not to drive my Jeep through puddles bc I was getting all my electronics soaked. Through this website I found a couple references to wiring harness issues up front. People having to pay the dealership to change out a portion if not all of the wiring harness fixed the issue. Some mentioned a couple spots to check and we searched for worn wires. Finally found and fixed with a little electrical tape. With the hood open, I looked down the hole where the hood latch goes and towards the passenger side between the condenser and the radiator there's a 1/4 wire bundle held up tight to the bottom with clips going from the condenser to the radiator. Pain to get to, but sure enough when we released a couple clips and were able to pull the wire away from the bottom of the radiator, it had been partially worn through on the top. Never would have seen it from underneath. We put some electrical tape and then some aluminum tape and I haven't had a problem since. Back to splashing through puddles. Hope this helps some of you

Unfortunately, I have to report that the electrical issue in the 2020 Rubicon have returned.
After I wiggled numerous wiring harnesses under the car it consistently is bad - meaning it goes into CAN bus fail safe mode where the wipers turn on, fan on, pump on, all cluster items act crazy and a slew of error messages. Basically the CAN bus is down.
Read somewhere that this is the right place to troubleshoot now - by disconnecting cable pairs from the green STAR connector one by one until the fails safe mode goes away. This should isolate the module that causes the error and once identified one has to look at that particular wiring harness in detail to see if it is connected to voltage or ground where it should not or has a short / open connection etc. Somewhere I also read that the resistance when measure on the bus should show 60 Ohms if the bus is terminated correctly and if it shows 120 Ohms one end is open.
Many things to check - will try to do something next weekend. Intermitted failures are the worst ...
