I traded in a 2 door 17 sport for a new JL need a 4 door. Only had to change oil in the JK no problems at all only
had 12500 miles plus about 4500 mile of towing behind a motorhome. Anyway my JL (1900 miles) has been to dealer about 5 times for wind noise and rattles they(dealer) ordered new latches for the t tops. Took two weeks and had them installed and it was no help. Now they tell me that's its normal and that's it. The JL should be at least as quite as the JK or that's what I had read some where. Like to know if anyone else has had this problem and what did they do to fix it.
Now the big problem, I get message that my right rear tail light is out anytime I hit bump in the road. It took 2 more
trips far them to see the problem. NOW THE DEALER HAS HAD FOR TWO WEEKS AND STILL HAVE ON IDEA
ON HOW TO FIX IT. I finally called Jeep Customer care and got loaner after 8 DAYS. YA a case number and
all of THAT. I called them after 3 days and it took Jeep 5 more days to get the dealer to give me a loaner. I
ask for a new Jeep, but I have to give them like 30 days to get it fixed. Is that good or what!
