Hello. I have a 2019 jeep wrangler unlimited sport. It’s the 2.0l engine. It has roughly 75k miles on it. Recently it has had issues upon starting. It will start the engine but won’t allow me to shift, the idle speed will be high, pretty much every warning light will be on. I used to be able to push the lock button on the key fob 5 times and get it to clear out but recently it will not work even after doing that. I have tried undoing the battery terminals and letting it sit for a bit but still no luck. I thought it possibly was the key fob it self so I put new batteries in it and it still messing up. It doesn’t always have the issues at times I can get it to start just with the engine light on and it will let me move. I took it to a dealership but they said there is 56 codes and they had no idea. Does any one have any ideas or have had this happen to them also?

I kind of had an issue like that with mine that turned out to be a battery issue. I had installed a big AMPLIFIER for my audio system and it was staying on draining the batteries just enough to have issues you described. It has to be a battery issue. You may also want to have the dealer check the secondary battery.

Battery(s) would be my first suspect. If you have Etourque you have one, ESS you have two.

As others have stated - look to the batteries.

Would the batteries prevent the shifter being able to shift from park?

These Jeeps have so many electrical gremlins and they seem to resolve themselves with a new battery. If your Jeep is over 3 years old and you get something that feels a bit electrical in nature it may be good to replace the batteries. I count myself incredibly lucky if I get more than 3 years out of a battery these days.

Yep, been there, done that. It's the battery as those symptoms are what I just went through.

I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and had an episode that consisted of multiple warning lights going on and the gear shift stuck in park. Turned it off and on several times and could shift it and all warning lights went off except the engine light. Drove home. Next day perfectly normal. Checked and there were 14 codes thrown. Took it to the dealer and for two days they looked, talked to Chrysler and finally decided the Star Connector was the cause. They replaced it. Everything fine. Next day drove 450 miles and when I stopped and started it, all the dashboard lights were black but car started ok. Got home and took it to dealer and they said no codes, can't do anything. They did check the battery and said it was ok...700CCA and tested out at 650? Should I replace the battery?

Battery(ies) or the green canbus. Would explain all of your issues. Many of us have been down that exact road.
