Hello everyone, I have a 2019 JLU. I replaced the battery last year and currently the battery reads between 13-14v. However, when I go to start it, it takes a couple of times hitting the Start button to start the engine. Any suggestions?
Additionally, the Park Sense will be temporarily intermittently.

Pretty toasty in PHX. What battery?? Top tier, or cheap-O?? Did you change the Aux also, if you have one?? You didn't mention eTorque or not.

Very toasty in PHX lol. It’s a Duralast PlatinumAGM / Battery. So I’d say a mid tier battery. I Haven’t replaced the AUX battery. Nah, no Etorque just a 3.6 liter V6 engine.

What does a load test show on that battery? Voltage really doesn't say much about it's ability to start. I've had plenty show 13+ volts but only show 60% of rated CCA with a load test.

Both batteries should have been replaced at the same time. It’s a very common issues with these jeeps and the dual battery and it’s a 2019.. I would definitely replace it

Anything much higher than 13 volts is too high for an AGM resting voltage (with surface charge removed). I'd guess the "13-14v" is with the engine running? if so, that's the alternator/system voltage which doesn't reveal much useful information about the SOC/condition of the batteries.

Leave the hood open with the Jeep ignition off, and check the voltage with a multimeter after the Jeep sits for an hour or so (i.e. after all the electrical systems go to sleep).
