I was hoping to do a much-needed JL power steering flush on my 2018 3.6, but the single line reservoir obviously means its a more nuanced procedure than the JK. There are literally no videos on the web of this being done except for some German guy shooting compressed air into his '21 2.0L.

Since I can't pinch off and bleed the appropriate lines, can I do it the old fashioned way by simply rotating the steering wheel, suck out fluid from the reservoir with a hand pump, pour fresh fluid in, and repeat until clean?

I would say yes. That's what I would do. Even 75-90% I'd be happy with.

Can't speak to the JL. Reading on Dodge/Ram Cummins site a few years ago. They figured it took five times to remove and refill power steering fluid to swap out 90% of the fluid.
