Good morning i forgot to ask . How was you separation anxiety ?

G’morning! It wasn’t too bad. She had lots of time to rest & enjoy the rain while I was gone. She got a few cleanings from Mother Nature! And we found a couple good puddles once we were reunited!
The day after I got home, I got to sing “Happy Mileday” cuz she turned 2,000 miles!

Be sure to check that your Jeep came with the toolkit. It should be in the center console.

I discovered mine as well did not. My dealer keeps extras on hand for those who are missing theirs.

Ditto. Mine was black & came with a handy dandy laminated page showing how to remove/install the bolts for the doors, too & windshield.

Ruh roe Raggy! That's the wrong tool kit. This is what the JL kit looks like.
These bits are JL specific and are for the wipers, doors, backup camera, etc.

Well Fred I Googled this and you and I got the JK kit.
The black one is listed as JL kit.
We ordered too early Fred and we got leftovers.

go right back to the dealer and get the right one. Or try calling jeep cares and maybe they can mail one out.

Finally got my step bars on! Stormie is happy and my mom is even happier now that she's able to get in! Lol!
I like the little Jeep icon on the step! And I'm happy because they do a great job of keeping the rocks that fling out of my tires from dinging my doors! (Yep... Stormie has 3 rock dings now! )

For those of us that received the "GREEN" tool kit I have the correct
one coming soon. Here is what I found out and did.
Call the 1-877-426-5337 and give them VIN. They will put you on
hold and call your salesman or manager. Dealer will then order
correct kit as per Jeep Cares inst. You will be notified when dealer
receives the new kit. I think it is best to have Jeep call the dealer
than for us to call.
