Well the Ocean Blue is at the dealer picking her up this afternoon. Will test drive her before I have them throw on my MTZs to make sure everything is right on. Excited to be almost finished with this February 20th odyssey!
Will post pics, have lots of add ons to install today

Woohoo!!!
Well disappointed to report that the JL definitely has a steering/wandering issue. I’ve never owned any other vehicles in my life but Jeeps (I’m 43).... not sure what’s causing it but it’s not the PSI mine were 34 all around. Highly disappointed I’m at dealer now may not accept delivery
Oh no!! Keep us posted!!

It’s definitely something it’s confirmed
Please keep us informed! If they are able to diagnose the problem it will be extremely helpful to others having the same issue, or if the issue presents itself in the future.

Ok... so my TPMS sensors were reading the wrong PSI on my dash. My old fashioned hand held gauge had the PSI at 48 psi per tire. So turns out the PDI clowns didn’t do their job correctly. And as far as the gauge in the Wrangler it’s now showing the correct PSI (we lowered it and added to it and watched the gauge rise and fall)
So took it for a test drive and it NOW drives the way it should so I will be taking delivery of her today. Why can’t anyone do the simple things in today’s world? Lol really frustrating to deal with blatant incompetence

I texted with Jeep Chat yesterday and found out I was at some point in the build process but it wasn’t until I just got an email from Crypto with my Build Sheet that it got real for me. I know there could still be many snags before delivery (I think shipping will be an issue for me) but I am starting to get very excited! Trying to keep my expectations in check...
Any progress is a good thing!

Glad to hear it was nothing, but yeah I have no idea what goes on in PDI. Same damn thing happened with my Miata, Which is why I planned on bringing my own gauges. I also have a bunch of other things I am doing before taking delivery which most of you may find nuts, but for sure checking tire pressure myself.

I brought my old fashioned gauge and upon entering the Jeep I switched it to the fancy PSI display and took its word for it. Lol
Why it was reading 34 when they were actually at 48 I have no explanation for. But now everything is working as it should and I’m excited to take delivery of her shortly

Ok, went and read the steering issue thread, watched the video and heard about the clicking drag link fix. Looked at mine, its got normal slop for a jeep drag link end. It clicks and everything. The clicking is sad because it probably just needs grease, but no zirc. Now they can do a few lil things to tighten you up a lil bit at the gearbox but it will suck for you if you wheel it at all, the steering response will be way too harsh. Also i might add that tie rod ends and drag links ends will be a forever issue if you wheel your jeep. They get wornout fast. Even the best after market ones, we wear em out every couple trips, those ends take tons of abuse. The after market does outlast stock by a long shot. Mine won't last long either i am certain, but that play you guys feel will come back as the ball joints wear. The stock part has no zirc to grease them so make sure when you get new ones they come with a zirc. This is going to more than likely be most of ours first real upgrade. I seriosly replace one of them every couple of trips. And we run synergy's tie rod and drag link on the JK. but we do wheel a lot, thats why i bought another Jeep.

** Last tracking update: 07/03/2018 4:30 pm EDT **. 14 days and still in Albuquerque and my house just flooded in the same spot as I spent 5k for a new water heater and floor and wall repairs 4 months ago......maybe it's time to cancel
