So back when my oldest turned 16 we had a Honda Civic and a Corvette. He asks "So Dad, which car will I be driving?" :cwl::cwl:

Too funny. My oldest just turned 16 last Friday. He starts driver’s ed next week, and I’ll be teaching him to drive stick in the new Jeep. However, he will only drive said Jeep with me or my wife for the purpose of learning. His daily driver, once he’s licensed, will be a 2004 Honda Osyssey minivan. LOL.

The updated POC sheet should have the restrictions removed, did they just give you the VIN # or let you see the actual updated sheet? Bet it's clear like mine now.

Just made it to paint (F) status! Ordered January 29th made D1 on June 8th. Dealer hot tagged my build so my educated guess is that I'll take delivery the week of July 9th. (Fingers crossed!)

your out of your mind, my oldest got his permit a few months ago now he wants me to teach him stick and all of a sudden my wife wants to learn too . i told them ill look for a cheap manual car to teach them . pick up a hoopty for a 1000.00 and sell after i teach them.

This is the first time I hear of the regional allocations. Is this new? I ordered 3/7, and it’s true I was one of 2 orders for 2 door, but don’t remember any comments on the forum about restrictions on numbers.

sigh of relief that JG is aligning now with the dealer.... but i'm guessing truck load complete means 'for my jeep', and not necessarily 'for the truck'. guessing i'm waiting there til they fill that truck.

No idea. It’s weird. Why would Jeep limit a dealership’s orders? Make that money.

Yeah JG can lag behind by a few days. They showed me going D1 on 6/2, but site did not reflect this until the 4th or 5th
