Could use some forum member input/advice. Ordered 1-13-2018. Checked, double checked, triple checked order with dealer before leaving. I can't explain what they did but needed to get a case number because the vin I have was under a different buyers name. Now MY vehicle is on a truck, good news, exact build but no pst. I'll get the pst but any thoughts!

Do you have the window sticker ? PST should be on it. How do you know
it is coming without PST ? Your hold up was PST. Please explain as I think
we can help you.

I just noticed in all Rubicon pics and including mine that we all were shorted
1 standard equipment item. We were all excited to get our JL we did not
remember to check this.----------LOCKING lug nut on spare tire. Yes it is
to come with this. I showed my dealer it was not there and the Rubicon
build sheet. They put them on ALL 5 tires before I left dealership.
I have a GREAT Dealer.

Question group..... If you order the PST are you supposed to get the soft top window storage bag? I know I read the answer somewhere on here before but too many pages to go back.... thanks!

No. It became an option at some point, but wasn’t one when I ordered back in December. Unfortunately, they are backordered. I’d call your dealer and place an order, today, if you want this in time for NEXT summer. :cwl:

I don’t post here much, but I’ve been reading pretty much everything. I ordered on 3/26 for a regular top sport s. I was originally told this week for my build but I haven’t see. Any movement yet. I just got off the phone with the 866 people and they told me that I am still in D1 but have been assigned a ship date of July 10. Are the ship dates still the build dates, or do you think it’s possible they’ve finally got that together and I may be built late this week and actually ship July 10.

Either way, it’s pretty disheartening and I’m half inclined to tell my dealer that I’m holding off until I can order a 19. I figure if it’s actually built July 10, I won’t see it til August sometime. If I wait an additional 2 months I could just get a 19 instead. Thoughts?

As far as I know they cant really give you a real ship date yet, since they dont yet know how long its going to stay at the yard waiting to be loaded, so I would say thats still build date. On holding off cant really say, thats your choice. Both certainly seem valid. I very strongly considered it

That being said the orders seem to move faster now. Faster, not fast. You probably still have a good wait before youre driving away into the sunset

My dealer just emailed me to say that the Rubi is on the train and presently in Kentucky coming to Florida.
So just for fun I called Jeep and spoke to Amanda who sounded like she was 12.
After a brief hold she told me that me jeep was in KZ status meaning it was completed and waiting for a train to pick it up.
I said can you please ck because I believe it on a train
She came back and said i'm sorry I dont have that info
So guys beware of false info

For a whole month the 877 number was convinced mine was already built even though it was actually still in D status. Every time i called i said "youre going to think its already built, dig deeper, its not". Then they come back saying its already built. Then I say go check your "other system". I dont know what that means but thats what theyve told me in the past. The they come back and say o yes they havnt started the build yet

I think my dealer is lying to me

I pressed my dealer for his specific information today that i was loaded. He provided this from his system he can view at the dealer. says i was loaded to truck Monday at 3:42 pm. .. hope that's right and jeep garage is wrong... if so, jeep should arrive sometime today or tomorrow depending on milk runs, friday worst case

wow, ive been out on the trails twice and went camping, still under 500 miles. its a garage ornament during the week tho.
