I do apologize, however after further review of the information I provided in my prior email, I must advise you that the order status update I provided on May 11, 2018 was incorrect.

At this time, your vehicle is scheduled and in the factory build process. I will continue to monitor your build process daily this week and provide you updates as they do become available.

Lol!!! :cwl: I used to come to this thread for information. Now I come to it for humor.

Exactly, after several months a lot of us feel that most of the answers are bs and contradict the emails and even just from the jeep chat gives you different responses if you ask at certain time of the day. Sucks they actually don't have a legit tracking system in place. How much money would they save not needing Nicole with the bs emails, and all the time they have all the other agents giving us incomplete info most of the time. But Ill continue to wait, bitch, and laugh while I wait for my Jeep.

Actually Nicole is ok in my book. When I first emailed on the Sport S she responded with the eta of mid May for PST and my build Eta of early June.

My second inquiry was when I changed my order to Rubicon and got a response from Jeff. Now THAT friggin guy.... he had the same line twice in a row and basically said “herp a derp derp derp, May 14th for PST’s. Thank you, drive through.”
