Just got off the phone with JL Dedicated Customer Service. I have had no updates anywhere besides D status until just now. They said it is in KZ (shipping) status and just went into it (shows for 0 days.) I hope this is right-I asked the guy to double check. So if this is correct, great news for us-PST ordered 12/7/17.
Here's my update:
Just got off the phone with customer service with very helpful Alyssa. Was told that I am in D status and have been for 72 days. The recent timeline of info from customer service is:

5/2/18: D status for 1 day
5/13/18: KZ status for 0 days (asked three times if he was positive)
5/14/18: D status for 72 days

They also had a wrong name on my original case number (David Smith) so received a new case number and am supposed to hear back tomorrow morning when the brand manager is back in the office. Glad I didn't get too excited yesterday..thanks keda69 for helping keep my feet on the ground!

I think we should start a list of some sort showing who is in D1 Prison.

At this point I'd be thrilled just to make it to prison with you all.
D, D1, KZ, whatever at this point. It's just a code they throw around randomly. Twice I was told I was in KZ. How can this be? I can just see them sitting by the phones after we hang up.... "Hey Mary what did you tell your caller?" Mary replies "I told him he was in D1 and he believed me!" as the whole room breaks out in laughter. For them it is a joke, for us it is torture!

We're not all so lucky to be in D1 prison , I think a D prison would get over populated very quick! LOL

It's funny, last week I received an email from the glorious Nicole stating PTS starts mid May, but mine ordered in Feb starts late June. I emailed back asking why and voicing some frustration and went a week without any response. I called Monday I think and was told D1 and that they are overwhelmed with emails and they have to "research" each one before answering.

The most frustrating part of all this is how we can get multiple answers to the same question from the same people even. It makes no sense at all.

You realize, if you would just go out and get a Jeep, you would be a lot happier and a lot less pushy.

It makes no sense at all.
Don't question it too much. Jeep is where logic goes on holiday. At Jeep, when you order, they start with a fully built vehicle and then slowly over time disassemble it. They then ship your Jeep parts on different trains to Canada, at which point in time its put back together, and given to a Canadian that ordered after you. They then realized you still wanted a Jeep, at which point in time the whole process starts again. How it ends, I can not tell you. I suspect its when you steal the Jeep that some Canadian was expecting

Just wait until we need service or Warrenty work.........

Well I called back today to ask if PST started and to check my status.... I shouldn't have.
I am back in D status and apparently whoever I talked to on Friday was wrong or straight out lied. When I asked who I talked to she told me she has no record of me even calling. I asked how can that be even my internet provider tracks my phone calls. I told her that it is unacceptable they have a person just lying to their customers, she even suggested she said it to make me happy.

I asked why I haven't received any response back to my last email and was told they are researching it and I will be flagged to get a call back from Nicole. I got my account flagged so that Nicole should call me back in 1 to 2 business days, but I asked how can I really be sure when they don't even have records of me calling 4 days ago. Now I'm even more upset due to the fact I was lied to and they didn't even seem to care.

When she asked if there was anything else she could I told her more communication would be great, but she hung up on me.

I wasn't rude, but I explained its ridiculous that I get different information and that there seems to be no checks on who gives out what bad information.
