Shouldn't this be Jeep and FCA's job? They're so cocky with this desirable vehicle, we have to tell them we want them to be a top quality brand, and not them telling US they want to be that brand?I want to see Jeep be a top quality brand and we gotta tell them we expect it and show them we mean it.
If the major quality and reliability issues, NAMELY WELDING, get sorted by late May, I'll place an order. Otherwise I'll purchase a Tacoma. Your call, Italy. I want my dream vehicle but I can't be an idiot and knowingly purchase something with bad welds causing steering failure, if that case starts repeating.
My 1987 4Runner had a beautiful, overwelded strong frame. Take a page from that book.
