Its ridiculous that they put up this facade about caring for its fan base yet will not give any official statements about what is going on. I have tried to communicate with Jeeps social medias regarding this. instead of responding to my messages and comments in any they ignore me yet can comment “thanks” and other garbage to people who are oblivious to their lack of professionalism. Not to mention im currently being ignored and brushed off by my dealer its safe to say im fed up with bad customer service by FCA on all fronts.Both Jeep Chat and JeepCares are an absolute joke. Jeep Chat are there to answer basic questions about the brand. I realize it will be built when it will be. Im not stressing about that. its the principle of how this has been handled by FCA that i disagree with. Listen I know delays etc happen but how you respond is what matters. they have responded the incorrect way imo akd are screwing over paying customers to safe face to those who wouldn’t know better. That or they simply don’t give a shit about any of us and will gladly keep taking our money without a second though on how they treat their customers@Jergs ... Well, try do do like me... just don't worry about it.... frigg it! Know your JL will arrive eventually and sit back, relax and wait.
As for me, I'm headed to Florida with my gal pal, JK and Harley on 4/26 and will be there a month. When I get back to NY, weather will be nicer and the JL will probably be here or will be here soon after my return.
Personally, I'd rather have the first three thousand or so, newly manufactured JL's go to other people. By the time my Jl is manufactured, hopefully, a lot more of the kinks will be worked out with the JL... and the factory production process. Of course, the weather will be nicer here in NY also.

At any rate, in just a couple of more weeks they’ll be full swing on all configurations. 900 a day to start, according to the leaker, 1,100 when they hit stride.
