They just told me this:

My buddy told me 2 door production has slowly started. He is project manager for a tier 1 supplier that supports FCA (they make stamping dies)

That's consistent with what my Jeep dealer is saying here:

"They start production on Monday according to my Jeep rep for v6 sold orders only. They did push v6 stock units back and are only going to be building out the 2.0 for stock units, but v6 sold orders (such as yourself) will start production on Monday. Now I already have a few 2DRs already in building status as of last week, so they started early, but official production starts on Monday. Once yours goes into D1, I will let you know."

Hopefully he won't mind me sharing that, but maybe it'll spare him a few emails.

If my Wrangler is not built in April, it will get ugly . . . for me. I need to take the road trip in May and make Jeep Jamboree on May 17-19 in Palo Duro.
