Yup that's it, it is next April 24th or right around there. No I have never been on the beach, I have been to the track
Registration hasn't started yet but here's the official site:

I was at the track too a few times in 2017. I was hired to shoot the Coke 400 and Dale Earnhardt Jr's last ride there as he drove off into the Daytona sunset.

Hey all, been out straight here at work. I worked the whole holiday weekend but found time to make an ice cream meet last night. I just booked my cabin for Jeep Beach next April. I have never done a large event and can't wait. Anyone planning on being there?

Hope to see some of you in CT on the 15th.
Thanks, Fred! Daytona won’t work for me in 2019, don’t have time off then. But will plan for following year maybe. CT? I’ll check. I would like to do the Easter Safari in Moab, a long drive from Georgia, but we LOVE MOAB!

So, all you mods gurus, I got my seat covers! A BIG BIG deal for me! Took me an hour, I was sweating.. 88% and 88% humidity, dang....
Anyway, this jeep is tight! Had to crawl all over the inside. Was sweating profusely pulling on her front attire! Too late for photos, but it’s sweet! Now Nalah has a top on, but no bottoms yet! That’s a nubie for you...lol

Nice job, and congrats. Can’t wait to see pics. Graphite and red is what I would get on mine also, so,really interested in pics. Glad their product was actually available, despite all the confusion we talked about before.

The community around here is very active.
I remember a while back when we were all waiting, and waiting and... for our build and someone had mentioned starting a new thread when we all got our Jeeps so we could stay in touch. It seems that is not necessary as it seems we have a great place right here with some great people as well!

I love this place! I miss being in here as often as I used to. Life! So busy! Ugh. :giggle:Once winter hits & people burrow down a bit, maybe we’ll pick back up! :):fingerscrossed:

Just got them on today and running 37 PSI. .They do look a little rounded on the top and the bottom outside edges are not touching the pavement. (I don't know if they even should). Initially I didn't feel any difference but after a 40 mile trip to the dealer for a speedometer re calibration (which they couldn't do) think they tend to drift a bit. They currently don't have the right equipment to do the re calibration, the one that did the JK won't work on the JL and they recommended a Superchips flash calibrator, part # 3571Jl. I will be looking for some 9" rims in the meantime.

Thanks for the honest appraisal of the 35” KOs. I assume switching to a 9” rim will give you more ground contact, and maybe airing down a few psi will help. Not sure of the Rubicon wheels offset/backspacing. Method had a bunch of wheels on sale over Labor Day weekend. I might try the Rubicon rims/33” KOs on wife’s GC today, to see if they have the necessary clearances, they might run calipers. Maybe see you in CT on 9/15.

Here are the 315's at 34# picking up dust fro the garage. I would think 9" rims would get a better print? And for specs, 4.5" backspacing with -12 offset? I am in uncharted territory here so any help is appreciated. Also I will call another dealer today to see if they have the ability to update the JL's calibration.
