It's way messier on the 2.0. This is how the dealership left my XR this morning. ?

That friend is a dealer problem and has zip to do with the 2.0 and everything to do with a careless tech. I’d definitely be having a serious chat with the GM

Yes, I know. I was simply making a statement on people thinking the 2.0s are messier on this thread. Maybe they are with the filter change.

I actually prefer the filter on the 2.0 and it's right next to the drain bolt. Probably the best location I've ever seen. Not so much for going offroad. I can see a rock crushing the thing. But I guess that all depends on the driver.
