So I posted another thread about having a fuel rail flash and other issues but it didn’t get any where. I’m still having issues with no CEL so I’m going to try again. It all started a month ago with a CEL that was attributed to low fuel rail pressure. Jeep would be going along fine then fall on its face with no power and no amount of skinny pedal helped. Or it would rev and not shift. Got the light cleared and a flash and it’s still happening. No CEL. All of those same symptoms plus it has now stalled three time when the ESS engages. Full stop, let off gas, stalls. Put it in park and hit the button, just cranks. It has taken about three tries each time to get it started. Just happened the third time so I’m sitting at the dealer hoping it has a “hidden” code. I’m at my wits end. My service guy is great and really trying to help but with no codes they are stumped. I have one mod that is not cosmetic. I added LED bulbs all around and used resistors for the rear turn signals. Could that be the cause? I know I’ve heard the newer CANBUS systems can be temperamental with add ons but have also seen plenty online of people doing this with no problems.
