I’ve only had mine off once since I got it. They were a pain to put back on so I ordered the pins. Living in PA I always thought they helped keep all the road salt from really eating away the pins. Not the new style with a hole in it.

Stainless door pin extensions and caps on the top ones. Couldn’t get bottom to stay. May try coating them black.

Added stainless pin extensions. Put a cap over the top ones. Bottoms are to short for one to stay on. The torx Jeep put on the JL’s are terrible. Not even a year old and already almost totally corroded.

35 percent UV added all around. JL’s don’t seem as dark as the JK’s.

I’m a bit of a knife nerd so had to add the Gerber strap cutter. Put hard side of Velcro on both sides so I can put it in either way.

What lift and tire are you running? I’m looking at the same wheels. Not sure how the 2.0 will handle the weight. Love the Sarge green but I’m having a hard time finding another wheel I like with the color. Thinking black AEV Pintlers if not the Rhino’s.

I’ve been thinking about doing this. The glare I get on the windshield might not be a big deal to some but it annoys me to no end. Not to mention the chrome kinda clashes with the Sarge green and red.

Redline hood props arrived. Hopefully get them on today. Bumper should be ordered before Easter. Who knows show long that’ll take.

Vector Off-road has one that Vector Off-road has something but it attaches to the tub. So I’m guessing it wouldn’t work with a cover.
