What’s your end goal? Better filtering? More power? Better sound?
Cold air intakes are useless without other performance improving mods (ie a tune).

It's not so much a cold air system as it is just streamlining the intake sense it's still uses a stock air box and everything else. I ordered it for my 24 but it didn't fit because the openings and the path from the tube to the turbo itself is large and really weird compared to the 18 to 23 but it didn't fit so it went to my friends 2021. I figure if I really wanted to I could build a PVC streamline tube for it but I didn't know if there was something already pre-manufactured and tested

I strongly suggest that you keep your factory installed intake! Or the aftermarket systems will most likely allow silicon (dirt) into your engine.

Well the AFE super stock kit pretty much replaced the tube streamlining the airflow as opposed to having multiple Chambers to go through. Still used the factory air box and everything else so not changing the setup very much

I’m with Bill - If it ain’t broke, don’t break it just to forsake it.

I'd think you could source a silicone aftermarket generic adapter to replace this, would that do it? Throw a caliper on either end to size.

EDIT: AFE has some options: https://afepower.com/products/universal-racing-products/couplings-couplers

I run that filter as a drop in. I did not bother replacing the pipe. I live in Kalifornistan. So the pipe would not pass the arbitrary smog inspections as dictated by the state. Let me know if your butt dyno actually feels any real difference if you actually do get one. I am unaware of what the differences are in the 23- vs 24+ years on the 2.0L. That would prevent it from working or needing a different part.

They don't have dyno comps, but the filter doesn't appear to be the limit.

AFE shows stock filter flows 320 CFM, and stock assembly flows 280 CFM.

While the filter in space can flow almost double, in the Super Stock Assembly they measured 290/295 with their two filters.

The dyno sheet is probably butt imperceptible, minor difference up pretty high.

Looks pretty though, and looks like it maintains the factory water intrusion drain and air gap from the lower half of the air box.

Some math fun.

5,500 RPM, 2.0L every four strokes (two rotations) would be 5,500 lpm or 194 CFM.

Add 40-50% for the turbo compression = 272-291 cfm. So makes since to have some improvement.

The intake on the 24 has added buffeters and other various too the back end of the pipe that take it from 3 1/2 to one and a half or whatever it is cuz the intake to the turbo is a little different as well. The other issue is that there's a lot of other connections that go into the intake crosstube other than the air flow sensor. I'm hoping AFE can come up with a super stock for the 24 plus because pure butt test on my roommates 21 2.0 is night and day difference. Before it would go, after we installed it yesterday I could break the rear tires loose easy.

For my friends 2021 2.0 T, the super stock kit made a huge difference.

This one doesn't have a helmholtz chamber on the tube. Not sure if you will get undesired noise issue.. or reduced power
No no… the power gains are HUUUUUGGEEE according to the manufacturer and the butt dyno of people who have invested in this asset
