This is what makes me mad, 7 Jeeps (including mine) all going to the same dealer all ordered a week or 2 after mine some even the same trim level and most are shipping before mine :(. I cannot take it anymore my heads going to explode.... and my golden ticket is going to expire soon!
Has anyone ordered a Black jeep that is past D1? All of the orders I have seen past this stage have not been black... wondering if maybe this is my hold up.
We ordered the same day from mr Craig at Koons.... I’m in D1 according to him and Jeep but not on the spread sheet. If you are in E I’m hoping mine is too and they are shipped together in the next day or so! Fingers crossed.
Early last week both the dealer and the online chat rep said my Jeep has reached D1. Ive waited all week to see it pop up on this tracking sheet to keep me sane. Unfortunately it has not and I’m going crazy Idk what actual status it is in :(

Besides calling FCA, the excel spreadsheet, and constantly checking in with the dealership you ordered from is there a way to track your own order online?
