ORDER TRACKING for your Jeep Wrangler

I absolutely hate Jeep's tracking system. It is terrible.

Was told I was past D1 earlier today via chat, and the build has started.

Now chat is saying I am still in D1, and the build hasn't started.

Most dysfunctional tracking system I have yet to encounter.

According to the spreadsheet they both ordered on 12/20/17 and you and I both ordered from Koons on 12/26. I'm was told I'm D1 with no ETA although last week Jeep chat gave me an ETA of 1/23.

thanks, i talked to jeep chat today and he said i been in d1 for 9 days and it should be any day now that its starts being built. my poc said 1/29 for ship date, did yours have 1/23?

Jeep told me I was in D1 for 10 days. When I got my POC I was in D so there was no ship date.

We ordered the same day from mr Craig at Koons.... I’m in D1 according to him and Jeep but not on the spread sheet. If you are in E I’m hoping mine is too and they are shipped together in the next day or so! Fingers crossed.

I know there’s a bunch of movement today, unfortunately we are still experiencing issues with the tracking system so the update could be much later today. Thanks for being patient.

both jeep chat and Koons said I'm out of D1 and now in F (paint).
spreadsheet has me still D1.

Tracking finally caught up with mine. Went from D1 to “I” status which was accurate as of yesterday. Hoping I have it by the end of next week.

I believe you ordered a rubicon but I ordered a Sahara. Hopefully my Jeep is right behind yours.... has Craig been updating you or do you reach out?
